Lifetime Warranty on Materials and Workmanship

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards, using the finest materials and design processes. Tella & Stella Inc. offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on leashes, collars, and harnesses, provided they are used under normal residential conditions (excluding damage caused by chewing and scratching).

If a seam, buckle, D-ring, leash carabiner, or tag becomes damaged during normal use, send us a photo and we will issue a credit for a replacement.

However, we reserve the right to deny coverage under this warranty in cases of excessive use or if the item has not been used properly. Proof of purchase is required for an exchange or credit to be issued.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to receive the new product.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by an animal, loss or theft of the product, or damage resulting from situations beyond normal residential use. The warranty is non-transferable and will automatically terminate if the original purchaser resells the product or transfers ownership to another user.

Tella & Stella products are designed exclusively for use with pets. Cosmetic damage resulting from normal wear and tear that does not affect the product’s functionality is not covered by this warranty. Natural color fading and chewing are not covered by the warranty policy.
